Such an awesome environment with excellent trainers. The groups are small which means you get one on one attention and able to connect with those in your class. Highly Recommend VIP Gym to anyone who wants personalised, inclusive, no fuss, fun filled classes to help reach your 2023 health goals.

This is a fantastic gym!! Highly recommended ,the trainers (Juan/Bryan) are really nice and give you the best advice and technique and no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like the advice/tips I get to make every workout effective . In the few sessions I have been here, I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. This gym ticks all the boxes. I really wanted to find a safe place that I could work out with support and encouragement for my fitness journey. VIP gym give all that and more. Small group personal training sessions, check ins to help you meet goals, fun, great community and good value for the cost. Highly recommend.

I’ve had memberships at a number of different gyms over the years and I have found the culture, professionalism and encouragement to be absolutely first class at VIP Gym. Bryan and Juan certainly offer a fabulous range of expertise and skills that mean you’re never bored and constantly challenged. I highly recommend VIP Gym.

I had a wonderful time being a part of this gym. I have the benefit of personal instruction in small groups and can do every exercise properly. The trainers are incredibly engaging and kind. I heartily endorse this gym!

Vip gym is exactly what it advertises. The trainers make you feel as though you are their number 1 client. Sessions are fun, friendly and with like-minded people. Nothing Is ever too much to ask, no question is silly and results are guaranteed. It's not just a lifestyle change, it's a mindset change. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend VIP GYM.

Love VIP gym. The small group classes give me the benefit of personal training without the personal training price tag! And I love that the trainers and other attendees are friendly, normal people who totally get the daily challenge of balancing work and family. Totally recommend this gym!

The trainers are excellent, they show me how to adapt exercises to suit how my body can move at any time. Everyone progresses at a rate suited to them. No stress, no bother, no judgement, only encouragement.
