I rang around 10 customs brokers, and she gave me best advice based on my situation, so helpful, Believe me this is my review after consulting with other firms, and her advice and suggestion was best, even though it was not in her favour as she did not make any money from that suggestion, its so hard in today's day and age to find selfless people like her who genuinely want to help others, she solved my problem that i was worried about for few days in just 5 minutes lol, its unbelievable. I just saved her number in my phone as my go to customs broker.

I have two imports each week and find Joanne from Just Customs very helpful in processing them fast. There is a noticeable positive difference in services compared to the DHL standard customs clearance team. Joanne doing extra mile to push the carrier to process my shipments without delays.

Joanne at Just Customs is absolutely amazing! Puts up with all my requests, educates me all the time, making sure I have the correct information so im not confused.
