August 2020I visited this shop to top up my HOP card, and the black man behind the counter rudely accused me of leaving a bad review on Google.So aggressive.From now on I will top up elsewhere.Goodbye, Civic Convenience store.You will not be missed.

Stopped to look at this beautiful old railway station and to use the bathroom. The facilities were lovely and clean the building rich in character and history.

Amost miss my flight 40 mins late

Everyone, WATCH OUT!! When you visit this store, make sure to check your receipt. Yesterday, I visited the store and paid $50 in cash to top up my hop card. However, the cashier only topped up $25, and my balance only shows $25. I immediately told him, Hey

We would like to commend Eunice at the Kawerau I-site for her helpful manner when she assisted us with info on Kawerau's wonderful motorhome facilities - Good sized/well marked parking spots; free 3 day access to electricity points (and a good number of these); lovely location, especially at Firmin Park where we decided to stay; great walking paths along the Tarawera River bank.We visited the town around Waitangi Day and attended the celebrations in town. A visit to your free swimming pool, including a hot pool, was a great bonus. Nice to see it is free for residents too. The District Council is very far sighted, justifying a tourist detour on the traditional way up from BOP to Rotorua.Eunice has a great attitude and presents a very positive image for Kawerau. I booked a bus ticket for my husband to Auckland international airport today.The first booking send us a time-delay about 45mins so we change the schedule departure earlier with extra money.However the changed one still delay and even worse.It is said that the bus had problems on the way and had to go to the Auckland city centre. （May I ask is the international airport far than Auckland city center from Hamilton or manukau???) Then my husband was dropped off downtown and asked to make his own way to the airport. I would say that without our friend's help, he would have delayed his flight today, and his Covid 19 2tests 48hrs ago which cost $410 would have been invalid. All travel plans will be disrupted. The irresponsible behaviour of the bus company is very infuriating.They don’t even give a backup plan for the unexpected situations. I will not take this company in the future.So disappointed!!!

Good so far, heading to Levin $80.99 for ticket , ppl should listen to driver when he asks for bags, they all stand there like deaf zoombizs. Fark 10 hours on this bus & it's not a double decker GRRR. Tuesday 29 November 2022.

10 hours to Auckland in a bus that it doesn’t even recline the seats!!!!!!!! It’s unbelievable. You can also see in their website that all buses have phone charger but no! Just awful experience
