I first saw Gary back in 2013 for assistance with nutrition and sporting goals. He worked his magic and got me heading in the right direction. I stopped seeing him for a while and that wasn't my best decision. My health went generally downhill, to which I finally went back in 2020. Gary got my health heading back in the right direction which I'm very grateful for. I now catch up with Gary on a regular basis, which I will continue to do into the future.

Jess is fabulous. She has rehabbed me for an injury and also given me exercises to correct a postural issue and ongoing stiffness. She’s great at diagnosing the problem, relieving the pain and also working on the longer term solution to prevent further injuries.

Very happy with my visit to Proactive. Every was explained well and I came away feeling confident about my recovery. I was also recommended to another business for an ultrasound and that experience was great too. Would highly recommend Proactive in North West.

Having seen numerous physios over the years with little to show for it, I was somewhat reluctant to book in initially – the constant pain I was in finally drove me to book a session with Brad. I’d battled for over two years with a tricky hip injury, but within weeks of seeing Brad my pain levels started to decrease and I felt like I was getting my quality of life back again. Eventually I was able to return to the activities and exercise I love, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m happiest when I’m keeping active, but I am admittedly somewhat accident-prone, so a steady stream of injuries over the last seven years has kept Brad fully occupied. It’s very easy to get disheartened when faced with constant injuries, but Brad’s positivity and encouragement has kept me going despite set-backs – a session with Brad is definitely more than just physio treatment! The onsite facilities are excellent, and I always feel really welcome going in. The online sessions during lockdown are definitely just as good as seeing Brad in person though – it’s been really valuable to discuss exercise options and my work-from-home set-up, but the treatment side of things has also been surprisingly effective. For anyone needing treatment during Alert Levels 3 and 4, I’d highly recommend giving the online appointments a try.

Zen provides a top class holistic approach to treating alcoholism and drug addiction, The environment is top notch set on a Olive orchard with beautifully maintained gardens, It provided me with the opportunity to slow down and focus on getting well, I was only able to do this because the staff are kind compassionate and well educated in all aspects of this insidious disease.I am now 19 months clean and sober have a amazing relationship with my long suffering parents and are today a truly present committed father to my beautiful 11 year old girl.Don't hesitate to inquire for yourself or a loved one, as in the depths of addiction and we don't always think, there is a way out.... but have faith and courage as there is, im living proof!!!And for me the journey started right here at Zen Detox Premium Wellness Retreat.
