I first saw Gary back in 2013 for assistance with nutrition and sporting goals. He worked his magic and got me heading in the right direction. I stopped seeing him for a while and that wasn't my best decision. My health went generally downhill, to which I finally went back in 2020. Gary got my health heading back in the right direction which I'm very grateful for. I now catch up with Gary on a regular basis, which I will continue to do into the future.

Eugenia is passionate and compassionate. She has a kind warm heart and backs you all the way. She is fantastic at challenging beliefs while giving encouraging support throughout the journey. I love the group that meets weekly, always a giggle and insightful. It’s great to be with like Minded people all with a common goal - I have learnt a lot through a Eugenia - thank you.

Richard guided me through one of my most challenging times. I sought out help when I was overwhelmed with anxiety and uncertainty around my situation.Richard provided a holistic, practical and positive approach to help me navigate through it. He was a great listener and I really felt he understood the weight I was carrying. He gave me great analogies to help re-frame a situation, with a focus mindset, perspective and relationship management.The simple tools and advice he provided, I have integrated into my daily life and am truly better for it. Michelle is truly one of a kind. Sometimes you walk out of a session with someone (a therapist/doctor/shamanic healer/reiki practitioner) and you don’t know if anything really happened in there. You’re not sure if you just wasted your time and money on something totally bogus or that it will ever make any significant permanent change in your life. With Michelle I was able to see a shift and release I had come for, DURING the session. The emotional release she was able to help pull out of me, her ability to hold space. She is absolutely meant to do this work. Without a doubt. She is what we call “the real deal”.She is a gift and a blessing to those of us who are looking to release that which we’ve been holding onto so tightly but has only been weighing us down. With the help of Eugenia, I have found such freedom from behaviors that just were not serving me anymore. Over the course of the 6 months that I worked with her, I became a new and improved me.
