I have worked with many therapists that utilise different styles of therapy- and Lou is by far the one that has most positively impacted my life and helped me move forward and heal. Her intuition on what to use to help with different things that I have gone through has been so spot on and absolutely amazing.Throughout every session I felt held, seen and heard. Her presence is so open and accepting that I was able to quickly open up to her and have true healing take place. Her knowledge constantly blows me away, and I am in awe of the person she is and the guidance she offers.I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ❤️

I really did not know what to expect when I signed up for breath work with Lou. I was blown away with what happened. She is the real deal. A true spiritual and energy healer. And so kind and understanding. My experience was life changing in so many positive ways. Highly recommend.

First of all I have to say that Lou was very welcoming when I arrived and I felt much at ease as so as I walked in the door. We sat down and chatted for about the first 10mins and it was already clear to me that she know her stuff.We did an energy healing which was quite involved, but my gosh does it work. I could feel her pulling out whatever the nastiness was that happened to be lurking within me. Upon heading outside to ground myself with her after the session and returning to sit down in the room, it felt like the clouds that had me surrounded had lift and I was more like my old self again.I know that won’t be the last time I see Lou and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.Thanks so much Lou.

Great experience was really nervous going into both the energy healing and the mind therapy sessions but Lou put me at ease. Her passion for helping people is amazing and I can already see results from my sessions
