Helen at ONE LIFE is amazing!! She is an experienced mental health nurse and a qualified Life Coach and she brings a wealth of holistic knowledge and skills to the people she serves. I have crossed paths with Helen at work where she teaches new graduate mental health nurses about nutrition and mental health and they always love her session. I have also crossed paths with Helen in my personal life as a close whanau member completed one of her online group courses and they got so much out of the programme. Helen has a lovely manner and she inspires those around her with her energy and wisdom. I highly recommend using ONE LIFE services :-)
