They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou."

My mower worked perfectly for years - literally never skipped a beat. Figured a service couldn't do any harm so took it in. $163 later and it hasn't started well since. I took it back stating it wasn't starting so they rechecked it, charged me a further $43 then sent me on my way. It's still not going. Had to pay more somewhere else. People are nice to deal with tho, so that's a positive :(

I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.

Just was passing by as need diamond trimmer line for work. Was greatly nicely, shop is clean and tidy good to see a dedicated echo dealer around Auckand. Will be comming back!

I ordered a repair and full service. They actually responded quickly and the service guy was friendly but had no time or materials with him to do a full service including the replacement of the filters. He only stayed 5 minutes and had to leave he only replaced a fuse and I never received a bill until today. Now, today I received a “reminder” to pay my bill from their “Credit Control Team”. I feel scammed. To receive an overdue notice in the amount of 95 dollars without service and without a bill is very unprofessional. I will never use this company again!
