We had our heat pumps serviced/cleaned by Dave today and we found him extremely helpful and thorough. He gave us some good tips and advice about how to look after our units and he's also going to send us some information about adding additional units in the bedrooms.We were impressed with the great customer service and we'll definitely be using your services for our annual services.

Recently installed a heat pump in my mother's unit, who is technology-challenged shall we say. Took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the system and even called back in the next day to make sure she didn't have any issues with it. Really friendly, personalised service. My Mum can't rate Dave and Michelle highly enough!!
