Very unhappy with the customer service. Lady was very rude and showed clear differences in treatment from me and my white friend solely due to race. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Didn't feel welcome at all. Dress prices were obscene and not worth the $600 cost by any means!!! would give 0 stars if I could.

I mean... Highness is just the best. I ordered so many times and every single time my order arrived the next day (and I live around Auckland), always packed beautifully with a hand writing thank you note (it's nothing but it makes an actual difference). They have a crazy amount of stuff and sometimes I wish I can buy the all shop. Thank you to the team of Highness, you are doing an amazing job!

I had Lauren pierce my helix. She was amazing I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She took the time to discuss any questions I had, mark the piercing spot, and she was not rushy at all. 10/10 for her!However the reason why this review is 4 stars is because the receptionist wasn’t too friendly or helpful with choosing the earring whereas the other receptionist with colourful hair was very helpful in explaining the type of piercings they had such as threaded vs non-threaded. The prices are quite misleading. I had to pay $50 for the service, but $150 for a simple gold hoop. In total it was $200! I suppose you pay for what you get.

Great experience getting 2 new ear piercings here. I was nervous, and the piercer put me at ease, and also helped with putting jewellery in my second lobe holes that had almost closed up in the past. I'll definitely be back for more!
