Got my snakebites pierced here March 28th and the process was fantastic!Esther was detailed and quick with her responses via email and answered all my questions from anatomy checks to scheduling appointments to aftercare. In terms of the piercing itself, Scott walked me through every step of the process before beginning and included me as he went, making sure I was tuned in and doing well the whole time.Genuinely the best piercing experience I’ve ever had!

Got my 2nd lobe piercings done here about a month ago, was a little bit more expensive than getting them done with a gun but totally worth it (my first lobe piercings were a gun piercing at Claire's (lol) and were more sore when healing and are a bit squint). Staff were lovely and gave great follow up advice.

I've had both a tragus and a septum piercing from here and they're great! Pericings we're super quick and barely hurt! The aftercare advice is thorough and has meant they've healed really well. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and really keen on making sure you get the best piercing for you. Would totally go back

Such an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful without being patronising at all, and everyone was really friendly and put me completely at ease. The environment was really clean and calming and I was well taken care of at every step. The service was excellent and I love the result. Definitely stop in if you're looking to get a piercing in Wellington!

Had such a fantastic experience getting my ears pierced here. Everyone was absolutely lovely, but engaged with Esther and Scott the most. Felt completely unhurried, and like my comfort and understanding was their number one priority. Scott turned what is, frankly, a painful experience into a really easy, comforting and safe experience. Really appreciated this, as someone who tends towards nervousness.

Amazingly high standard of service, by far the most professional and empathetic staff here. The cost of a piercing is irrelevant if it means it'll be done right and with care! Definitely recommend!

It was such an awesome experience. It's been a long time between piercings, and wow, times have changed. It is so great to have a calm, clean, spacious place that isn't joint with another side business - this is their core business. The guidance/patience from all staff was amazing. The process was talked through from a to z with constant checking in and reassuring. I felt comfortable the whole time. So much care is taken to ensure the right placement and hygienic practices.Thanks, team!!!

My friend and I had such a good experience receiving 2nd lobes, helix and septum between us. Scott takes such care to thoroughly explain each step and why he's doing something. Will definitely be returning
