Went here on Wednesday to get a peircing done with a friend who also got one. Now I am not from Dunedin but I will very happily travel down again. The peircing store where I live has had so many issues with myself and friends of friends that I do not trust it one bit. Black Sheep Studio's ticks all the boxes for me and I highly recommend going if you are looking for Tattoo or piercing. Staff are lovely. Atmosphere in the store is superb and overall a really good time. 5/5

I refuse to get pierced anywhere else. The staff are all lovely and have a great sense of humour; it's very easy to build trust with them, especially knowing that they run an evidence-based practice. I've had earlobes, septum, snakebites, and eyebrow pierced with them and it's been a positive experience every time.

Amazing service, incredibly friendly.Walked in to ask if I could have a piercing removed, I was desperate to have help taking it out as the conch piercing was in pretty tight.I was greeted very kindly and they said they could squeeze me in real quick and took it out for me immediately.They gave me some good advice about quality earrings and gave me a couple options I could do and I asked how much I owed and they said it was no worries.Very kind and lovely service! Will definitely be going there for future piercings :) 10/10

I got a vertical labret piercing (for reference)The studio was very nice and the vibe was lovely. The staff were also wonderful! The piercer seemed a bit inexperienced with the piercing I was getting but you have to start somewhere:) Kate was watching and checking the whole time which was reassuring for me. The only thing was the price. $50 for a piercing isn't bad at all but having to pay another $15 for aftercare was more expensive than I would want to pay. Other than that it was lovely and it was a great experience :)
