They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou."

I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.

Kyle installed our heat pump two years ago and was great to deal with. We recently had to move it due to some other work we were doing and he was around in a flash and even sorted out the paving that it was to be sitting on. Definitely recommended.

We would not recommend due to poor wiring installation causing weeks of intermittent fuses blowing in our home.

Just want to say a big thanks you to Omar and the team with a Great service, they make everything stress free. Especially at this time of the year when everyone is very busy. And also we live on Waiheke island which made it even more harder. They come the next day and made sure they fix the problem. Would recommend to everyone.

I contacted ColdRite to wset up a heat pump for my mother. As I live out of the area, I was pretty keen to find an installer that would do a good job as I wouldn't be there. ColdRite did a fantastic job - the installer took the time needed to explain and show Mum what would go where, and had time to talk to me over the phone for clarification of a couple of points. Mum is really happy and pleased that the installer took time to listen to, and answer her questions. Awesome job, and would recommend.

Bit of a mixed bag. They were really helpful when we needed a remote to test with our heat pump, as we weren't sure if the remote was faulty, or the receiver on the heat pump.When we discovered it must have been the receiver on the heat pump, I asked for them to come and do two quote, one for repair and one for replacement. I got the replacement quote, but had to follow up a week later for the repair quote.I got a repair quote the next day, I replied asking if it included installation but never heard back, even after following up a few days later.Overall a bit disappointed in the communication.
