I dropped off a painting for shipping to Melbourne on Saturday and by the middle of the next week it had been delivered safe and sound. I asked for a bit of extra packaging to be added - the painting arrived here newly wrapped and well protected inside a sturdy cardboard container. Thanks Diane and Tarun for your friendly, professional and speedy service. We are happy to have our painting on the wall again!

I'm located in Sydney, Australia. I've used my local Pack & Send a few times. I needed to get medication from NZ to Aus urgently and the Auckland team didn't disappoint! Fast, efficient, no fuss. Perfect! My delivery was by DHL and all went well.
