Outstanding customer service. I purchased a Fender acoustic guitar which had incidentally been given the wrong sticker price (lower than RRP), but the staff honoured this regardless and sold it as stickered. Unfortunately, after purchasing, I was put in a situation where I needed to return the instrument, and while the store was under no obligation to give a refund, they understood my circumstances and did so. Very helpful staff who go the extra mile to assist the customer. Will definitely be back in future.

I took my bass guitar in there. It was well past its best and had heaps of issues. It's had issues since I got it secondhand.I had a basic fix in mind but received a recommendation on what was needed, which was great. I took their advice and they undertook the repairs.I got it back from MusicWorks and it's a brand new guitar. Looks and sounds awesome. Worth every penny. I strongly recommend MusicWorks.

Great musical instruments store. Got a nice guitar strap. Lots of good advice on strap type for an acoustic. Glad I went in store to look and see. Would've otherwise bought the wrong strap online for my guitar. Seeing it makes all the difference. Great store for guitars with a good workshop for repairs and servicing.

Very nice music shop, friendly staff, very helpful, even to totally novice customers, Stunning array of instruments and all the accessories you would ever need,parking availability just behind the store makes it an easy choice to further explore the city centre close by as well while 'thinking about the purchase' you want to make with operating times allowing you to pick up said instrument before leaving, I will definitely be going back again, thanks guys
