Michael Hill Henderson

I purchased earrings from Michael Hill in NorthWest which had unfortunately broken. I went today to the branch in Henderson, hoping to have them fixed or replaced. I was helped my Sam, who I explained to I did not have the receipt of my purchase, knowing that it would be in their system. After searching their system and looking at the earrings he told me that I was lying as it was not in the system and he couldn't see the Michael Hill mark. So I showed him my payment from my bank, which he then found the record of my purchase. I was VERY unhappy being told that I was lying after I and my mother had told him we purchased the earrings at the Michael Hill at NorthWest. Poor customer service and I didn't get an apology from him either. Would not recommend coming here after being treated like that.

The people working in the store were very accommodating. They help in which ever which way they can to assist the customers in choosing what they were looking for.

Not a biggest fan of Michael Hill because the staff don't give you time to think. Anyway as I was out on Tue 4th Jan 2022 looking for rings my family told me to have a look at the Henderson store. Most of the rings didn't have price tags on so I asked the Asian staff why that is. Response was laughable. She replied by saying we don't have tags to put the price on all the rings"

Came in during Mother’s Day, and their sale was top notch. Our sales person was having difficulty understanding what my mum wanted. I asked the sales person questions which she didn’t know instead she kept replying something completely different. However there was this Indian guy with glasses. Oh god, he knows what his customers want. He paid very fine attention to what my mum wanted. My mum &. I were very pleased with his service.

A lovely store to buy from, the staff are outstanding and so helpful.The store manager is the nicest lady you could meet.Thankyou for all your help with my purchase

The staff are so kind and very helpful. Sally helped us this morning and she is such a kind wonderful person. She helped my nan get exactly what she was looking for and for a great price too. Thank you so much Sally! :)

Have never had a ruder staff member than the one we dealt with at MH Henderson. We were shopping with a young girl who had just lost her mum and wanted something special, the assistant ruined our experience by refusing to provide a serial number of the item we chose so we could come back later/shop around/shop online when the timing suited us. Very unhelpful and bad attitude, absolutely no compassion - money hungry and it shows.

I placed my first click and collect order and the whole process was seamless. I was able to pick it up in 2 hours. The team was very lovely and friendly. Thanks guys
