Went in to hello to get some info about raro. Told them what we wanted etc was told they would email me info. 9 days later and still nothing. Booked with another travel agent now.

Booked a package trip to one of the Pacific Islands that we couldn't seem to do online ourselves. All bookings went well and picked up the tickets etc this week. Miranda was very helpful and good to deal with.
