Joelle is fantastic. I arrived with two flat tyres and she kindly pumped them up for no charge and recommended where to go (yikes! - Burkes) in Kilbirnie to buy a new pump. This is the place to come for a great bike ride and for a great bike shop at the ready in case you need it.

Highly recommend Kiwi eCycle! Pete and JoElle were so friendly and helpful and made sure I chose the right bike for my needs. They even customised a few style elements to my liking, which was awesome. They really know their stuff when it comes to ebikes and it's comforting to know they're local and available if I ever have any questions or issues. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I have ridden over 3000KM on my Kiwi e-bike since I have had it and it has made biking around Wellington instead of driving possible. It's too much fun and beats sitting in morning traffic.

I bought panniers from this company and then found they did not fit the style of my carrier. JoElle was happy to take them back and then set about fixing my old one, by creating a new stiff panel for the inside. They have a very stylish selection of bikes and excellent service.
