I would like to praise Pacific Toyota for quickly getting our work van back on the road after a mishap. They promptly ordered the parts and booked in the work in expectation of the insurance company coming to the party. The service department really know what they are doing. Dave Bragg Flooring Design

Customer service was great, and I was informed of how long the job was expected to take, given that parts needed to be ordered in. So far, so good.However, when I was informed that my vehicle's wheel bearing and rear brake shoes had been replaced. and it was ready to pick up, it took me literally 30 seconds driving down the road to realise all was not well. A loud squeaking noise was now present.Something that would have been easily picked up had the ute been road tested (which I was told it had been) I have had to leave it with them another day. I'm hoping they will remedy the problem and be more thorough this time round.

Great service. Our new Toyota arrived earlier than scheduled and the Team went to great efforts to have it ready for us before Christmas.

Bought a car literally over the phone and was beyond my expectations.Grant is the man to meet to get your next wheels.I communicated with this gentleman over the phone and via email , he was honest, professional,polite as well as transparent about the vehicles and arranged everything as I planned.Came all the way from Wellington to get a new car.

Excellent, relaxed experience of purchasing car. Wade Whitaker was outstanding. He was very personable, professional, provided useful information and made the whole experience very straightforward. Arranging a test drive. Giving key tips and demonstrating car's functions. This was particularly helpful. His easy going, prompt and efficient handling of paperwork was also notable. The Toyota Pacific branch at Whakatane can only be highly recommended and ask for Wade!

I have never been disappointed with the service at Toyota Whakatane.Today I dropped my car in hoping they could check it as I could hear a noise in my brakes. 30 mins after I got to work they called to advise they would check the car and do my service as well (that was booked for later in the week).I was then asked if I'd like it washed and vacuumed.Great service!
