Phone was frozen, I was told there's a problem with the screen. Paid for new screen, it worked for 3 days and then froze again. They said it's still in warranty and they'll change it. Good they changed it but didn't work. Now got told there might be a problem with motherboard and have to pay again if I want them to have a look. So there was never a problem with the screen why did I pay for it?

Purchased 2 cases ($40 each), the next day they came apart. Took them back expecting a replacement but the lady fixed them with tape. She was super unfriendly too. One came apart again the next day. My daughter is devastated. Would not recommend at all!

Definitely would not use this shop again for phone repair. They seem to use cheap, knock off like products for expensive prices.I needed the front and back screen replaced on an Oppo phone. They said it could take a month to 6 weeks. It ended up taking over 4 months and in the finish the new back case was never received by them, so would have had to wait for another to be sent from their supplier overseas. I gave up at this point and paid for the new front screen (which they did give a small discount on), still cost $200, took the phone and planned to order the back screen myself. Within a couple of days i was having trouble with the new front screen flickering and strange screen lighting. The phone is not really useable after all this, would have rather been told the situation at the start.
