Simon took the time to triage what turned out to be a faulty gas bottle regulator through a few messages back and forth and didn't actually need to visit. I swapped out the regulator and hose myself, and the hob is now working again. Awesome!

Simon installed our gas hob for us and just out of curiosity thought to ask if he also could service our gas fireplace as we hadn’t had it ever done. Well holy *+~^* what a difference! If you have a gas fire that needs a facelift call Simon. He’s so professional and thorough. Absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend!
