Urgent Couriers

Here is a commercial experience point of view>The email below is from a professional Service Delivery Manager chasing the items for me.After numerous calls with Urgent Courier’s today I have confirmed that the bags were sent to Tauranga Airport & courier delivery booked. Urgent have advised that for some unknown reason the driver assigned rejected the delivery job so it has been assigned to another regional delivery agent. ( The delivery booking is still showing active in their system ).Urgent were not able to tell me the current location of the baggage & have advised me they now need to make contact with an internal Manager. I have given them my contact email so I can be provided a status update once they have established the location of the baggage.Once I have heard back from Urgent I will be in touch with you. Thank you for your continued patience."The luggage has been with Urgent Couriers for about 2 weeks.I don't recommend using Urgent Couriers."

Edit: email sent as per their reply. 2 weeks in and zero communication whatsoever. Don’t be fooled by the reply that they’re trying to fix anything. Hopeless serviceOrdered from Hello Fresh, driver sent to the wrong place. Missed out the food for the week. Called up and sent more than one email to clarify. And was told that they will make it right next time. On the following week, same driver sent to the same wrong place. Shameful and disrespectful given that the time and effort that was made trying to make things right. Clearly they just want to get things done instead of doing it right. Which for a same day delivery service, it's just so bad.

This courier service is shamefully neglegent when it comes to making sure your parcel arrives to the right address.I had to call Urgent Couriers twice to find out where my parcel was delivered.Second call someone actually helped me by contacting the driver to ask where the parcel was delivered.My address was clearly printed on the box with my contact number. The driver didn't even try to call me, just delivered it to a neighbor who didn't even know it was there.

Driver lied that he couldn't get to my house because of flooding. Twice. THERE WAS NO FLOODING. Don't trust them

Quick response to booking, calls if there are any issues, delivery times super quick.

These guys are efficient, sometimes so efficient, the items aren't ready when they arrive to pick up. We're so used to couriers that let us down, don't pick up or take 3x the ETA to drop the item off - but it's not a problem with Urgent. Parcels show up, within the ETA, drivers are nice and communicate well. 10/10 will continue to use.

Best service from a courier company ever as a reciever of goods. I got a text when I was the next delivery on their route, and could track exactly where they were on their live GPS-based tracking system - right to my front door. Awesome stuff!
