Post Haste Couriers North Harbour Branch

No parcel after a week of asking for it and being patient and polite. They are understaffed unfortunately. The customer service reps are excellent however.

My parcel came in 3 seperate deliveries, 1 week after it was meant to arrive as well. Terrible customer service, person who I spoke to was rude and snappy. Don’t recommend at all

2 days on board courier vehicle to be delivered to the wrong address after 5 days on an overnight service.Wouldn't bother with this courier company unless it is really unimportant

An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone.Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.

Terrible service, delivery person didn't even try to gain access to the gate and leave the package by the covered front porch, instead they only left a card and now I have to go and pick it up from the depot myself, which is completely defy the point of delivery.Contact centre was impatient and impolite, clearly doesn't like her job.Overall a classic example of incompetence and lazy work ethics.

Absolute TRASH service. 10 days for tv remote from Hamilton to Auckland. NZ Post delivers goods from Invercargill to Coromandel in 2 days. Use this company at your own peril.

Terrible service, we used them after being let down by NZ Post, took the parcel into the office myself on Tuesday in order for it to be delivered on to Hamilton the next day. Today is Thursday and it didn't get there! Ended up sending somebody down from our company to pick the parcel back up as it contained a hand tool that was needed for a job, this was after I had been back to the office this morning to see if I could get it. Needless to say, the amount of money lost along the way have been great. I would never use this service again and the worst is nobody seems to care either!

I've received parcels from Post Haste on multiple occasions. All my experiences have been pleasant. When I have called the customer service, the waiting times have not been long at all. Also the customer service representatives are always friendly and efficient. The only thing is that I have booked re-delivery of parcels before on the website, and while the website allows you to pick the delivery slot, sometimes the parcel may arrive earlier, so it's important to keep up to date with tracking the parcel. I was also advised by the customer service that they are running behind due to COVID-19, but my parcels arrived in a timely manner, which is great!

I try to avoid but from any stores that use poste haste now. They are the slowest courier service. On multiple times I have got items sent to a business address in my town and they take over a month to arrive. Instead of being delivered to the business they are dropped off 100 m down the road at the rural depot where I can’t pick them up from. Very frustrating!
