“I asked this company to assess work needing to be done on my roof and to provide a quote. Their quote was $2500 to fix 2 holes, some flashings, and to sweep leaves. I have a broken spine and am in a wheelchair and these guys were well aware there was no way I could go up and check whether this was reasonable. But I assumed that amount must involve around 2 days work or more. They were there for 3 hours. 3 hours for $2500 for work I couldn’t check. They refuse to provide a simple breakdown of the hourly rate and materials cost and have now advised they are referring this to a firm of debt collectors. So be it. Trustworthy/good guys to deal with? You decide.

Good experience. Met with them at a Trade Show - they were actually the Company who had just re-done my neighbours roof so I had seen they work first hand.Got a quote to me quickly, got an amendment to me based on changes I wanted quickly. Supplies arrived, the workers arrived, they did the job quickly and well. It rained heavily for 2-days after so I was able to check out the workmanship in the loft cavity first hand. All good, would recommend them.

How many stars do you award a company that completely ignores your requests to provide a quote. I will need to give one for the review to count. Twice over the past few weeks I have contacted Roof Repair Specialists via the Contact Us section on their website, and twice they have ignored me. This is the 2nd roofing company to simply not respond. As I said to the last company... if you have too much work on, then please arrange for an automated response for potential customers rather than simply ignore us.
