Visit to Milestone Homes show home. Some interesting features for next build

Tiny streets, people have garages but park on the road and I can't get my truck past to deliver my load

Why Ravenswood Development is installing old fashioned streetlights, while the Pegasus and other developments are having better street lights.

I suspect they are neither better nor worse than any other developer.Experience in this sub division tells me the sections are grossly over priced.We bought one which increased in price by $10,000 by the time we secured it.This could be the developers fault or Jennian Homes greed.Beware!!!!!!

Worst Developer in NZ. When selling sections they say tittles are expected to be out by next 8-12 months. When you actually pay and sign documents they make you wait 2.5-3 years. Everytime you ask for update they will reply. We are working on it. But they are not. Project manager will start working on next stage instead of completing prior commitments.In clause they say they can take upto 3 years to provide section. If not they will return your deposit and walk away.Will never ever recomend anyone to invest in Ravenswood they have personally give us around $200k loss including build price increase plus rates of interest and ruine our personal lifes. Not that it matters to developers. They will still go on their overseas trips telling they working on your project.Very very disappointing

I've just built a house here and it's an amazing subdivision, when it's done its going to be a great area for all sorts of families to live.
