Professional and friendly customer services. My Jura coffee machine still makes the best coffee, and has never let me down mechanically. Purchased in 2017 which is getting a little old now, it looks like new, after service.

Tayla great to deal with, kept us informed and got quickly serviced the same day. Unfortunately still waiting for machine to arrive back from servicing with the courier, although sure will be well and truly appreciated after a long week with out it.

I purchased a new Jura S8 auto coffee machine from Coffee Biz a couple of years ago. The Jura knocks coffee out of the park - fresh beans the key - and Darren and Trina have provided us with the best possible support throughout. They always have a full stock of all Jura consumables. Last week time to service the machine, as we had a little whoopsy with a microswitch showing drip tray uninstalled. Their service team did a great job, also completing a full service and back to us inside 2 days. Several seals replaced as routine, all checked out, and now good for another good few years.Great team, great service and products, full inventory of everything - no drama, job done.
