About the Business
Toad Hall Motueka | TOAD Hall has been somewhat of an institution in our region for a couple of decades now. Starting its life as the original and probably only Realfruit Ice Cream stop for the hoards of Kaiterteri beach goers for generations of locals and visitors alike, it ignites fond childhood memories of wholesome long hot summer holidays in this beautiful region we call home.

This cozy restaurant have hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide drink options, mini grocery and yummy desserts. I recommend to everyone. I would like to come back here again and again.

Absolutely amazing first place I haven’t been able to think of a single thing to fault. Food was amazing as was my iced mocha. Staff were great. Thank you. My new fav place

A really nice place to stop for lunch - in or out. Offer is large and various from burgers to soup to salades and do not forget drinks. You can have a healthy equilibrated local food and drinks here and this is what we loved. We had a Thai salad & Beef burger with a smoothie and a Good Gold plus a chai latte. Everything was delicious

Always so popular I’m not sure why I’m reviewing. Cheerful staff, good food and very family friendly. There’s also a church hall’s worth of muffins and salads and so on.

Today for Brunch, I called into #toadhall #motuekaWhat an incredible venue. The atmosphere was electric with the hum of earnest conversation, scrumptious kai & kāwhe being devoured.Excellent menu, delicious looking cabinet kai, and a great range of kāwhe, juices, and smoothies.Well worth the visit, thank you for an awesome brunch.

Very cute little cafe/shop. Their salads and sandwiches were spectacular. The cakes are to die for. The setting and vibe was immaculate and worth a stop on the way through. Highly recommend the ferrero rocher cake and the broccoli and potato pesto salad. Always busy but the staff are so lovely. The smoothies looked really good too

My sister and I had a lovely late lunch at Toad Hall. I had a very tasty Korean style chicken burger, my sister a really nice/large Vege nachos. Nice selection of beers and wines etc. Also great coffee. Highly recommend this place, but be prepared for a wait if you are coming at peak times, its very popular!
