Serene Pregnancy

Great experience for my baby and myself !The classes are in a relax and friendly environment , and both of us enjoyed these moments.

I have taken Serene Pregnancy prenatal yoga classes and also the hypnobirthing class recently to get ready for my natural birth plan. And I did it thanks to Marie's knowledge and training (she is a French midwife). I really enjoyed my time with Marie and was fully prepared to give birth in a natural and peaceful way, without the emotional and physical stress of labour. Marie coached me (and my husband) and prepared us for welcoming our little one in this world without the stress of delivery. We are glad that we took her classes. Surely recommended.
