I got my coffee today (crema was burnt, very subpar, and took to long for a place that was not busy) but that wasn't the only distasteful experience of the cafe. I overheard what I'm assuming is the one of the bosses (male, scruffy) speaking awfully to customers at the cafe, which made the atmosphere unpleasant and very unprofessional.The whole place is distasteful, would advise to bypass this cafè.

The food is relatively good at Columbus and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The coffee however is pretty average and horribly overpriced. Was charged $6.20 for a regular flat white which is an unbelievable price for a product that is known for having high profit margins.

We've been here a few times. The food & coffee have always been great. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The premises are clean with a relaxing outdoor seating area.

Food was delicious - no fault there. However you were completely over staffed for the day it was, there were 5 girls behind the counter and in front where customers order talking loudly, showing each other their licence photos and comparing. A lovely, friendly man was making the coffees which were delicious and he even asked the girls to clean a few tables to which they ignored him and he did himself without a complaint or hesitation. He deserves some type of recognition because he was lovely.Girls on the other hand need training on h customer service and find another place fo hover instead of behind the front counter..

Recently had the new vege stack, this was delicious! I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a light meal. Cappuccino was on point, props to the barista! The staff were great and more than accommodating of me and my toddler. We will definitely be back! This place is a highlight when we’re in town.

I was so unimpressed, the coffee tasted bad, the customer service from all 3 I dealt with was not great. Only good thing was my muffin but some of the other food didn't look overly appealing.Won't be going back here again.

Only our go to for the kids milkshakes which for $8.50 are big, tasty and have cream on top. Yummo. Coffee is average and they us Alpro milks for everything other than Oat milk, so not a fan. Cabinet food is stock standard and it's crowded inside at busy times. Outside seating is under cover which is good in this temperamental weather!
