I've been going to see Donna & Gordy for over 7 years now, and always go back when I'm in Tauranga! Their skills, individually and together, are a powerhouse. Both excellent massage therapists, with an incredible knowledge of how the body works, and a huge range of complementary skills. Gordy is a wizard at identifying and fixing long term problems that are beyond other therapists, and yoga sessions with Donna have focused on my specific needs and empowered me to continue improving in my own time. You know when you meet someone who knows their craft inside and out - and I wish all 'therapists' were as therapeutic as these guys. Add in their wonderful personalities, welcoming nature, and awesome humour; I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

This course was simply amazing. I had no prior training other than the occasional massage given to my loved ones. The 2-day course did not focus massively on anatomical and physiological principals but rather showed me the essence of healing through massage and how to provide it with absolute professionalism. Furthermore, Donna and Gordie are masters in positive and honest, constructive feedback using both hands-on and verbal approaches. They were excellent at identifying my unique style and strengths and actively encouraged me (and the others on the course) to own it! Peace and love :)

Amazing massage course, learnt so much in two days and lovely accomodation for the night. I would recommend this to anyone who is keen to learn massage techniques and how to do it safely. Thank you Donna & Gordy, great few days away with mum! :)

Blimmin awesome! Quintin. - There comes a time in the journey of life when our travelling soul needs a restful sojourn. This is the place. Complete down time, rest, relaxation, nourishing food and peace. The retreat cabin hideaway is very luxurious and bed is very comfortable. The massage and the breakfasts provided is truly amazing. The energy is very good around the place and healing. Worth every dollar you spend.Thank you so much for your valuable time Gordy and Donna. I spent one day at VillaDonna retreat learning relaxation massage. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat, surrounded by lush green nature. I felt instantly at home there and especially with the two teachers Donna and Gordy! They are such a nice balance, Donna is extremely gentle and attentive while Gordy has a great sense of humour and fun attitude. I found the day extremely informative and useful for improving my massage technique and loved that it was so hands on, they gave great feedback and encouragement during the massage course. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to gain more knowledge in massage and have fun doing it. Thank you! Donna and Gordy

My wife & i were gifted a night away by my daughter to VillaDonna Retreat, we received aLovely welcome by Donna the owner & were taken to our unita storm was brewing and Donna said I'll up grade you to our sauna room so you'll be more comfortable it was lovely and clean nice Queen size bed 32in tv with recorder & lots of DVDs, in the room behind us was the kitchen everything there including tea & coffee milk etc. The room behind that had the sauna & rear back door. We weren't booked in for any massages etc so we went to town for dinner. Next morning Donna bought us over the biggest most delicious vegetarian omelet nicest we've ever had. Thanks for making us so comfortable cheers Don & Katrina.

I was absolutely astounded and astonished by how much one can actually learn in 2 days, it has truly blown me away and I feel so confident and happy with how much we learnt and covered to give a phenomenal massage and share this passion with others.Thank you so much to Donna and Gordy you two are absolutely amazing and such inspirations to everyone and I am truly grateful for opening your home and being so truly welcoming and such positive people to learn alongside
