Hertz Car Rental - Palmerston North Airport

Showed up at their place outside the airport thinking that was the drop-off point- they laughed it off and drove us the rest of the way and dropped off the car for us! Wonderful friendly service.

Had a Red Corolla for the last 5 days from these guys as part of a work assignment in Wanganui.Cannot complain about the service or the vehicle.Car ran fine and in my brief interaction on picking the car up and dropping it off I have no complaints.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.Id be happy to use again.

Worst experience with this particular branch. Car dirty and not at like the car requested. They put a hold on $1400 from my account when I picked up the car but when I returned the car at the end of the contract they took a further $1200. This caused a real money problem for me on my holiday as that $1400 was not released until I returned to Australia 3 weeks later and spoke to my bank.I tried multiple times to contact a variety of numbers for Hertz but it would always ring out.I would not say all branches are as bad as the one at Palmerston. North but it has left a very bitter taste on my mouth and would be reluctant to use them again.

Service over the phone and in person was excellent. Car was clean and tidy. Prices were upfront and more reasonable compared to others around. Will definitely use again

Staff are excellent. Always ready to help
