Sent the courier with tracking on it and still there is no information in 4 days!!!

0 customer service skills here whatsoever. Have come here on several occasions, which I’ve had to leave to go to another post office due to the lack of proper help received. Staff are rude and unhelpful, with the amount of bad reviews from this post office surprised nothing has changed. Will no longer be using this post office. Can’t take back 2 mins of my life wasted on having to leave this review here. Hope people are aware of the service there.

Went to use western union twice told system was down, found out it was lies they didn't want to do it not enough staff. This place makes easy things so difficult, won't go back. Poor effort all round

Solid service

Very bad delivery times. I dropped a lot of parcels here and it was the worst ever!it always took almost 7days even for a overnight courier!I learned my lesson and won’t ever drop a parcel here anymore!!don’t drop your parcels here. Nz post New Lynn is the best!super fast

Was good service even tho they're not completely open

The staff here are overly suspicious of all their customers and instead of engaging with us, they are always cold and unapproachable. I went to send a parcel on the 2/9/22. I picked up a bag of shredded paper to pack my parcel with and then decided against it after seeing there were free catalogues at the packing desk. I screwed up 2 of these and used them instead, placing the bag of shredded paper back on the shelf. On paying, the man behind the counter muttered something to the woman serving me and instead of asking me, she charged me for the sundry item without consulting me. I only realised a few days later when I checked my receipt to track the parcel. I feel so insulted that she would treat me like a thief. The whole situation would have been clear if she’d just asked me.

Everything without fail I get an Indian woman who emanates this hateful energy. No social etichette let alone customer service. This chubby hateful toddler of 55 years of age projection of I can't be bother" is all I ever get everytime without fail. Can someone train her to the basics? Look at cctv and show her the basics of courtesy."

I chose this post shop as my parcel pickup point, the old guy with glasses at the counter throw my drivers license at the counter after checking rather than handling over or sliding to me. And slided my parcel with his feet and didn’t even say anything. Such a rude gesture towards customers. I don’t recommend this post shop for any business. Definitely not going back.
