Great service, knowledgeable staff- John was particularly helpful and even though my budget was small I felt welcomed and valued. I rang to ask about my delivery and the communication was excellent, I was kept informed right until the moment my bed was delivered. Highly recommended- great range of excellent quality definitely a bed for anyone's budget. Thank you for making this experience so hassle free and the wonderful customer care.

Bought a bed before Christmas and the team was able to organise a delivery even though we were moving out of Wellington. Great advice on buying the bed without trying to oversell us beyond our needs. Delivery was delayed, but was out of their control, but Walter was great in terms on communication on the matter and went out of his way to get things sorted asap, as well as sent us something to make up for the delay. Highly recommended in terms of beds, but the customer service was the real highlight. Many thanks.

Absolutely phenomenal service from the staff at Beds R Us.Ended up buying a bed which had a few issues after about 4 months and the owner, Walter was unbelievably helpful when it came to making sure the issue was sorted.He offered me a full refund or exchange, even offering to swap the bed side tables that matched if I wanted to go with a different style.Was incredibly impressed with the service I received and will be buying future beds from the store!
