We were so impressed with the customer service provided. The manager we dealt with, who was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we’ve were wanting and gave us excellent prices. The woman who helped us arrange final payment and delivery was also very pleasant and professional. Then there were the smiling and friendly delivery guys from B&M electrical who diverted our appliances today. Fantastic all the way, thanks!

Was looking for a Carpet cleaner.Went to Godfrey's and they were no help at all, some people had told me they were good, well maybe for vacuum cleaners but not for what I wanted. So went to Harvey Norman's and they assistant was very good and helpful. After a while I made a decision and said I will have that one and offered her a cash price to Wich she said she would have to ask or check. She came back with a yes so I was very happy.

Terrible customer service and follow through. Contacted them 2 months ago to get my washing machine booked in for warranty repairs. Didn’t hear from anyone, called again a month and a half later to discover my job was never logged. Was told I’d be called in a couple of days to book it in and given a loan washing machine it’s been over a week and haven’t heard a thing.
