Ilze from The Tile Room is such a special person. She absolutely saw my vision and together we created the most amazing bathroom of my dreams. I would work with her again in a heart beat. Such a beautiful, talented and kind soul.

Ilze was a dream to work with in bringing my kitchen vision to life. She was always willing to answer my many questions and helped me swap out tiles at the last minute when I made a late cabinet colour change, all with a fantastic attitude. I’d love to work with the tile room again for any future renos.

Building a house is so daunting. Along the journey you meet lots of people, but rarely do you get to meet someone as helpful and genuinely invested in your project as Ilze at The Tile Room. Ilze effortlessly took our ideas and brought them to life. She was able to creatively keep our bathroom tile design within budget without compromising on the overall vision. I am one of those people who rarely leave reviews, but I ran to this one as I cannot speak more highly of The Tile Room. It's a business that really puts its money where its mouth is. I have been restoring a lodge in NZ and have dealt with what now feels like an extremely long list of designers and trade companies, and have had hands down the best experience working with The Tile Room. Ilze is a dream to work with. Super supportive, really thoughtful, cares about the details, lowers anxiety and worry in the overwhelming process that it can be remodelling and is just a person who you instantly adore. If you have anywhere in your home to tile I highly recommend you run, not walk to Ilze and her amazing business.
