Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Steven went above and beyond when my tank heater failed and even replaced it under warranty. Great service, highly recommended.

I’ve been owning aquarium for almost 15yrs now and I never went to a shop as knowledgeable as Hollywood fish farm they are a rockstar the whole have their expertise from aquatic plants to the animalS and fishes…Steve… is a saviour save my distressed fish Reon he knows all the answer to my questions . Rebecca very friendly and helpful same as Filippa.. and the hunks of the shop Jesse and Roman( hope i got it right) is always there at your service and and the girl (didn’t get the name ) the whole team will make sure your well taken care of that makes you want to keep coming back

Fantastic shop & awesome knowledgeable staff! If you want healthy stress free fish you need to come here! I got amazing service from Shontelle. Gave so much advice on setting up my tank & how to keep it healthy for the fish that I never got from Animates. I got these extremely cute Albino Glowlight Tetras. I highly recommend Hollywood Fish Farm if you want healthy cared for fish.

Richard from Hollywood fish farms was super helpful and, so knowledgeable with what we needing advice about! we are new fish parents and we have been to a few Hollywood fish farms around Auckland but Hamilton one is by far the best one we have been too! Thanks alot Richard for your great advice and knowledge and giving us the best advice you were incredibly helpful and we really appreciate it!Also noticed all your staff are super friendly and happy to help!(We visited Saturday 10th June)
