Now originally some two years or more ago I wrote a very poor review.However if you are prepared to write poor reviews then likewise you should be prepared to write good reviews when they deserve it. So today the 11/06/21 I can honestly say what an amazing group of individuals, helpful, supportive, friendly and efficient at this Taupo branch.I suspect someone managing this branch is very clever as what a turn around in this branch. Logistics state there will be hiccups and mistakes, we all make those but these guys are switched on and ready to give customer satisfaction. Well done NZ couriers TAUPO.

My package was never delivered. I was home all day and didn't have anyone come over and deliver my package but I recieved the email saying it had been delivered. Tried to get in contact with nz courier multiple times with absolutely no response.

Staff are always friendly when we pick up our parcels. Love the fact they are open early so we can pick things up before work, instead of worrying about trying to make it before it closes.

The staff at NZ couriers Taupo were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. They were efficient with great communication skills . I would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you very much for your help and kindness, I really appreciate it.

Absolute poor communication my package shows 2 days late.. when tried to call at taupo branch customer service and they don't how to speak with customers and suggest go somewhere else !! Really bad service over the phone

Nice drivers....But the service is really slow. We run a business from home and very rarely do we receive a package before 12pm. Then our cutoff for outgoing packages is 12pm....I wish for the old days when we would receive packages by 8am.
