Such an amazing vibe. Was my first workout today and the staff were super friendly. The other members were so welcoming, everyone made me feel right at home! I'm in!!!

Phrenetic atmosphere and less of a gym experience than a family workout, forged by mutual encoragement and enthusiastic coaching. I lost 10kg here so something's working right, plus the free trial period allows low up-front committment to try it out.

We live in the apartments across the road from the gym and are so tired of constantly hearing the deep bass blasting from this place.Respect the neighbourhood you operate in and turn down the base!It’s annoying.
