Had to take a rescue duckling to a vet and couldn't have had a better experience. the Dr was kind, knowledgeable, and Charlotte made a full recovery. It was all very amusing having a duck in the clinic. Thanks, Vetlife!

Been going to Beth our vet, for about ten years now and she's got so much empathy for our family pooch. We were recommended to her from another friend and so pleased with the care we get offered. Right through from puppy school!!

Terrible vet. I had my kitten booked in to be fixed a couple weeks ago. On arrival the vet lady asked me if I knew how much it would cost- my reply was around $450, she corrected me and said it would be $110 plus $90 for bloods which i thought was cheap. On picking up my kitten I was told the total was $457.. I was a bit shocked and wanted to know why. Long story short the vet who greeted me in the morning denied that she ever told me the price, they sat me in a room and kept making excuses with no real apology for the miscommunication/ lack of professionalism. I didn't get an appointment booked in for my kitten to get her stitches out which was instructed by the lady ( she said 10-14 days then come back). I came back today to not be greeted by stared at while 2 ladies spoke behind the desk, eventually once they were finished talking they asked me why i was there. I told them about my kittens stitches, they took her away quickly and returned quickly.. I was then told she didn't need her stitches out as they were done from the inside..You way want to train up your staff to sell your products too.. I was told to not bother purchasing anything from there by a staff member because everything was way overpriced and to try somewhere cheaper.. She may have been trying to help with finding me a bargain but it went the opposite way and made me feel she thought I couldn't afford it.Poor running of this place, unfriendly staff, lack of accountability, and just not a great vet.I wont be back and will let people know not to go here either.

Sarah Eyers, who works at this centre, went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service for me.A few months ago my beautiful cat (Thomas Chance Hurley-Knight) was kept overnight due to an eye infection. I may have assumed the worse when I found out, as I had lost my first kitten to an eye infection and have never really healed my heart since then. However, this time it was even harder, as I am currently over in England and unable to be there in person (my mum had to take in my place). Knowing this, Sarah personally messaged me and sent me frequent updates about Tommy's wellbeing. To hear exactly what was happening and be reassured by a professional was incredible. I felt like I could breathe again.Sarah, if you're reading this I really can't express my appreciation enough. Thank you for offering such a personalised service. I feel so glad Tommy had you looking out for him. Vetlife is lucky to have such a caring and diligent professional working for them. Thanks a million.Erin and Tommy

Ladies are very helpful, but would like to understand why it's so EXPENSIVE!10 Minites and I was out of there. $8.50 per minute is excessive.

Before seeking any services from this vet ask for the full price breakdown. They will charge you (exorbitantly) for every little thing, including filling a prescription, sending a prescription etc. They don't offer any general services that should be included when your a customer like other vets do. So beware I was stung by them.

Top quality service from everyone there. Reception/Office staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions with a great 'can do' attitude. The Vets were some of the best we have ever seen and were very attentive and great with our pet. They provided top level expert care and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Parking has never been an issue, even with the new building construction. Highly recommended.

The staff and vets are lovely unfortunately thy couldn't help my sam.Sam trusted the vets he would always just to walk in and just let them do what had to be done, vacation and any other issue he may had in this 10 years, the staff and vets are very caring and thoughtful of sam needs and mine. If I ever get another dog which wouldn't I would not hesitate taken it to vet life . 2011-2021
