HRV Solar

Fantastic service. Pranil came out and serviced my HRV unit. On time, friendly and went the extra mile fixing up a grill I had bent. I love the fact theses guys ring me every year to service the unit. One less thing to worry about.

Got a working solar power system but they never bothered to update the firmware and only give limited privileges to the system you brought. It's not cool to lock out people from their own devices. Look elsewhere if you want control over the system.

Pranil did my service today. He was very friendly and polite and explained what he was doing :-)

Initially we had a missed sales appointment with a new local salesman that I raised my concerns about. I was called back by one of their senior staff and they have completely put me back at ease with their service and won me over from some other solar companies. They are determined to put the customer 1st have have not once tried to upsell a system I did not need.I'm technical by trade so have been a rather demanding customer with questions and design ideas but they have always come back to me really quickly with any answers or advice.I'm now signed up and awaiting install, I'll update this review once it's all installed. But have no doubt it's going to be a quality system well installed.I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone with a growing power bill like we had.

Great services nice smiles

Pranil did a fantastic service, very friendly and informative. We love our ventilation, water filter and heat pump, it has made a huge difference in our home especially since having a baby throughout winter

We have had a HRV system for years now and we are absolutely loving it. I had our system serviced yesterday and the service man came from Taupo . His name was Geoff and an amazing job he did , very nice and very well presented he made sure all our vents were working the way they should be also that the settings were where they should be. Geoff arrived on time and was awesome to deal with.Thank you HRV
