The Warehouse Richmond

The alarm at the door when you exit will go off regardless of if you are stealing or are just leaving and when checking bags even once its found that it is not because you are stealing that it has gone off they will still search all of your possessions. I understand its theft avoidance but some people have places to be and once you know they arent stealing you can stop searching them. I also feel as though I and another customer were profiled as I have watched it go off for many people but they only stop you to search you if you are young or look financially low

It is a good shop. However, when comparing the prices, it has to be confirmed that the warehouse in stock is better

Had nothing we wanted, no single camping mats, no big blankets, and had to get different shampoo and conditioner

Couldn't find anyone to serve us in the electronics department (for about 15mins)...went looking (along with others) for staff at the checkout...couldn't get anyone to talk to us. We knew what we wanted to buy, so this was frustrating! Went to Noel Leemings instead.

The service was good but this branch dies not sell car batteries even tho their site claims they do...

They can't answer there phone

Be wary of shopping here. I had the unfortunate experience of having to return an item due to a flaw in the item.Not once did I think I would be questioned about my return. After all the y do have the return policy.However it was not so straightforward. The rude assistant attempted to fix my item herself and tell me it was all good and therefore did not need a refund. Ironically the refund policy was being played on the speaker system. After adamantly insisting on refund for poor quality item the shop assistant reluctantly refunded my money. I’m not sure what her problem was but can honestly say Helen was unhelpful as was her side kick.Don’t expect much from customer services either. Never follow through with what they say and basically a waste of time. Shop elsewhere if you can

I like this place because I know where everything is. The cashier had quite the cough which had me a little suspicious with all the covid stuff happening lol but yeah good shop any way

The Warehouse is a place my kids absolutely love. I can not go into Richmond or any town for that matter without them wanting to go shopping. If they get money from the tooth fairy....it's off we go again. There are many toys to choose from and the staff are always friendly. Thank you Warehouse for brightening my kids days. ❤️
