Dyson Service & Sales Centre NZ

Bought a V8 Absolute through Dyson NZ online on 21/11/2022. Informed by online chat on 23/11/2022 the payment was unsuccessful and Dyson has sent a cancellation note to my bank. Confirmed with Dyson on 24/11/2022 that payment was unsuccessful and suggested me to place the order again. Place the order on 24/11/2022. Then I received two V8 a week later and was charged twice. Contacted Dyson for return and brought the V8 to post office on 1/12/2022. Heard nothing from Dyson so contacted Dyson on 9/12/2022 and through online chat that they have not received the return. I stated I want to file a complain and an hour later received a call from Dyson Australia that they have received my return and will start processing my refund, which may take another 14 business days to process. I followed all instructions from Dyson agents, took all the inconveniences to wait for the V8 and return it, and took all the troubles to contact Dyson for the refund. That was a very stressful experience and hold up the money for almost a month .I will never buy direct from Dyson again. NEVER.

Fantastic service from the team in helping me get a replacement part for my V8 after 'my dog ate my Dyson' :-( Kelly in particular helped me source the replacement part and while they did that I had a great time playing with the Air Wrap and the new anti static attachment on the hair dryer. Thanks team - your products are outstanding and your team's service matches that too!

I bought a Dyson hairdryer. I bought it from Dyson NZ because it gave gift. They couriered the hairdryer in one box and gift in the other. That’s foolish. Isn’t? I never thought Dyson would send them in two speaker parcels. That’s my first experience. When I received the parcel just containing gift I thought Dyson forgot about the hairdryer. I impatiently called them but they indifferently told me to wait for 10 days. In fact Dyson had couriered it but in a separate parcel. NZ Post never attempted to deliver it to me. It was just left in their Newmarket shop waiting for my personal collection. Bad Dyson and bad NZ Post.

My Dyson was out of warranty and needed a new battery , the customer service person was amazing. They sent me a new battery no charge and it arrived in 3 working days. Info great, well done Dyson.

Bring my beloved vacuum to have the battery fixed today, and it’s done in 15m.The staff is super nice and helpful..Thank you very much.

I don’t know if it the global issue or just Dyson NZ being completely useless land never able to help or solve any issue. In any other country when you buy a new item which doesn’t work, you are protected under customer protection and satisfaction laws and will get a new item and apologise immediately, here you have to send it back and wait weeks for replacement. Never again i will buy Dyson

I would have to say , please do yourself a favour and visit the team , they are friendly and very helpful, I had a problem with my V8 vacuum, went in spoke the the lady at reception she happily passed to to the service team , she then shows me the latest Dyson offers and helped me decide on what best suited my needs . With in moments my V8 was fixed and back to me , had to be the best service I’ve experienced in a long time , peanut was also welcomed in . V8 was back with new parts .

Our V11 stick vacuum stopped working just outside the warranty, battery fully charged but not connecting to motor. Customer service has been on point when dealing with this issue. It has taken a while to get here but issue has now been resolved. We would like to thank the Customer Service Team for going the extra mile & ensuring that we weren't left out of pocket. A real pleasure to deal with.

I wish I could have given a lower score. I ordered an airwrap online and was given a payment link. I paid for it, just to receive a reply that the order was cancelled due to a glitch in Dyson's payment link system. My money is now apparently pending" and will take 14 days to be refunded

Absolute legendary customer service from phone support through to the helpful and efficient team at East Tamaki. Our v10 had an issue with the switch. I also got told off for using an unofficial battery in our v10 vacuum :) More importantly, the issue was sorted in 10 mins and back working like new, no charge. Amazing service. Thank you.
