Extremely rude and unhelpful with insufficient command of the English language to be able to communicate properly. The customer service rep that I spoke with on the phone could not even tell me when they had a spare appointment available. I will be taking my business else where. Good day!

Very unprofessional services. Dont know where to start. Every step of dealing with them has been really bad. The reception lady doesnt know anything. Asked few questions including if they can send me the pictures of the repair process, she said its a technical and the manager will be contacting you. Then what the hell are you doing sitting at reception. Also, told her that i have limited number of days for reinspection for compliance and she assured that the vehicle would be put under quarantine so i get enough time. Called me just 2 days ago from last date of re inspection and said cant help you have to pick up your vehicle. The repair required paint to be applied on the underbody. When the car was ready to pick up, noticed damages like scratch and chip along with paint overspray throughout the vehicle. Manager came to fix it and couldnt even see it properly. When questioned if you guys not inspect the vehicle after finishing the job he said we do but still missed the paint overspray. Suggested me to go somewhere else for future repairs. Would never trust a workshop operated by Indians anyways. Bunch of monkeys who dont know anything about professionalism, services. The only thing helping this business to continue operating are the dealers. Otherwise it would be down the drain in no time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to have them as their repairers.

Just received my Mazda CX3 back after I damaged the front by hitting a chain across a driveway .... didn't see it! Did insurance claim and specified Smart Auto Centre for work to be done. They checked and noted all parts needed and advised me it was safe to keep driving for a few weeks until parts arrived. Called me once parts arrived and gave me a loan car for the week. Rang on Thursday to advise that they wanted to keep for one more day to finish and check everything over before handing back.Job is excellent - all panels line up well and repainted areas cannot be seen. Really nice that they valet it outside and in and even smells like a new car!Thanks team - really appreciate the great work and communication.

Very rude people. Never recommend to do any kind of business with them. Specially reception people doesn't know what they are doing. Sometimes few things are missing from the vehicle
