We contacted LEAP in urgency to complete a full design and recommendation for council purposes whilst we are awaiting consent. Initially we were told there was a 10 working day wait to have this completed (which was totally understandable), however because we were under quite a tight deadline with the council we kindly asked if they could do it a bit faster for us. With no hesitation they decided to work on it over the weekend! We sent our request to them on Thursday and by Monday we had a full design sorted. We are absolutely thrilled with their speediness and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help in this department. We feel so confident going into our new build with their design and know that if we were to have any further questions or concerns, that they would help us out! A++++ service!!!!

$50k under floor heating system stopped working when it’s brand new. Leap ask over $1000 to repair when it’s under warranty. The first repair was done then it broke again in 6 months so they came to repair the system again now asking another $1500. If something is under warranty and something that cost this much to purchase a reasonable person would expect to have the issues remedied free of charge. Now you are suing your customer for the invoice and make harassing emails demanding your payment. Way to go. There are better system out there.
