I have recently applied to rent an apartment in Evelyn Place in Hillcrest. A viewing was arranged, and I meet Donna Coe, the Property Manager, on site. The viewing went perfectly.Donna answered all my questions and arranged for a curbside Rubbish Bin and the replacement of smoke detectors. Also a Utilities Agency was arranged.Yes, I am now the tenant and we have had another onsite meet to be sure. Today I picked up the contract and shall be moving in shortly. Donna has been superb during the whole exercise.When I picked up the contract at the Greenhithe Office the receptionist, Robyn, went through the documents with me and made sure I was happy.Donna really made me feel at ease and Robyn continued in the same manner. I have been very impressed!
