Queenstown Dental Centre | Lumino The Dentists

I had a root canal treatment done by Lumino last year, perfectly, but at the wrong tooth! I tried to tell the Dentist that was the wrong tooth, but he was pretty sure what was doing was the right thing. It’s completing one year now and I’ve never heard anything from Lumino, neither to get my money back nor to get the treatment at the right tooth. I definitely don’t recommend Lumino.

Great Dentist! Best one in town if you ask me. (Tried both) Brady Eason is a very skilled, professional dentist which leaves you without any issues post treatment.

I had to have my first tooth pulled today and I couldn't rate Ross and his team any higher, professional, friendly, explained everything and offers sedation which was just magic! Felt like it only took 10 minutes. Thank you for making me feel so at ease.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed under local anesthetic with Dr Buchanan a week ago.I don't usually bother writing reviews but I felt this was necessary. The treatment I recieved from Lumino Queenstown and Dr Buchanan I felt is exemplary and I hold in the highest regard. The information provided was clear and concise, I never felt as if I was being shortchanged on detail, my options were clear (general anaesthetic, local, do the surgery in two parts or all at once) and I was completely aware of everything required of me.I opted to have all 4 extracted in one sitting under local as to get it out of the way. The surgery itself went remarkably smoothly given that a couple of my teeth had pretty twisted roots, I was under no pain and the whole procedure completed within 1.5 hours.Post surgery recovery went very well - testament to the job that he completed and clear post op instructions, I have had no infection, no significant swelling, very little pain and people couldn't believe me when I told them that just a couple of days ago I had 4 teeth extracted.Thank you again!

Jamie Hopkirk would have to be one of the best dentists in New Zealand. It is always a total pleasure to go to him and the results are always total perfection. I have just taken my 9 year old Grandson along to have some work done on his teeth. This involved needles which my Grandson said he couldn't even feel going in. He was super impressed with the results and thought Jamie rocked :) He keeps asking when he can go back.A total credit to Jamie's professionalism. Thank you so very much :)

Was pretty scared as it was my first visit in nearly 15 years. Couldn't of been made feel more welcome or at ease. Too good :)

All staff were lovely and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Ross was very caring and kept me informed with what was happening during the process of getting ready to extract wisdom teeth. Lumino the Dentists made my experience a pleasant experience.

I had a tooth extraction as an absolute panic patient, but Ross and the his assistant (unfortunately forget her name since I was super anxious) did an outstanding job! After 20 minutes everything was done and went super smoothly. Words cant describe how thankful I am for the treatment I received by Ross and his assistant today. I absolutely highly recommend Dr. Ross as he is not only vey professional, skilled and talks you through the entire process, but he is also very caring and makes you feel super comfortable. Absolutely fantastic dentist and assistant!

I have been going to Lumino in Queenstown for a number of years and highly recommend them to all my friends. Originally a nervous patient I have found Jamie Hopkirk's affirming and caring professionalism to be an absolute salve. Holly the hygienist has, what can only be described as, the touch of an angel. I have always found the entire Lumino team to be an absolute delight.
