I recently bought a bed through Flatpack's student deal, and I love it! Besides from a few hiccups with organising a delivery, the entire process was straightforward and well communicated. The bed itself is super comfortable and supportive, a worthwhile investment for any students looking for something that's high quality and affordable. Flatpack went out of their way to help me, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I recently ordered the Milford mattress and Piha frame from these guys. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick delivery was despite living rurally. Both products are great. Easy to assemble, super comfortable and I've been sleeping really well. I'll be coming back when it's time to purchase another bed!

i love my flat pack bed i ordered the student deal and it came and was super easy to assemble, although it was missing a couple items e.g. the dowels. other than this i love the bed.

Product:- I ordered the Raglan bed frame. Very nice finish, feels solid, competitive price. Recommend assembling with a drill and someone to help you ! took me about 40 mins on my ownService:- Flatpack were quick to respond via instagram and email. Felt quite looked after, even though there was a shipping issue.Overall, would recommend and go to these guys again.

We had a great experience with The Flatpack company. My partner and I ordered the raglan frame and Milford mattress and couldn’t be happier. Very comfort, stylish and looks great in our bedroom. I 100% recommend these guys!

For the product itself, I would give 4.5 stars.The delivery process was the nightmare. Mis or lack (or both) of communication from the warehouse/ dispatch/ delivery team and my order got neglected for few days, it wouldn't be picked up until I reach out first and put things in rush. It does reminds me the minuses of the small company. Whilst my orders from larger size of companies never had this type of issue.The customer service team listened to what I said and tried to resolve it as much as they could, which still could be better, but at the end of the day, I am happy with the products.

Friendly and fast customer support service. Shame the beds only ship from the start of the year, rather than from the end of the uni year, when most people start flatting from.

We recently purchased a King size Tasman mattress from The Flatpack Company. Only been 4 nights, but both my partner and I have been sleeping so much better. Great work guys.

Lack of communication and very slow delivery sadly. I had to ask for tracking and order was only processed 6 days after payment at which point their external delivery team processes my order for shipment. Nearly 3 weeks later and still did not receive my mattress and frame so after sending many emails I ended up asking for a refund. I ended up getting a bed frame from Trademe (new) and mattress from Ecosa and received both items only 3 business days after, also cheaper! As I was paying the regular price (not the cheaper student price) I expected better service which was not what I got. Very disappointed on Flatpack, might as well get frames and mattresses somewhere else. I like supporting local companies and would love them to flourish but I also expect the simple decent communication and transparency.
