Went there on the October 13th at 3:30pm. Highly disappointed with the level of customer service from the lady behind the counter. Extremely rude and not friendly. Very unprofessional. Will not be back again. They need to work on their customer service skills. A real let down.

Bought 4 20k bags of coal today. Took hubby with me to load coal in back of truck. Found real southern customer service. Chris loaded bags himself, while we wondered round the plant section.
