Had a verbal quote provided to us by one of their staff members to replace a hot water cylinder. When the job was completed we were given an invoice for 195% greater than what was originally provided to us. Naturally the staff member denied providing the quote and we have not been given any explanation for the significant increase. These guys couldn't care less about customer service - Don't make the same mistake we did!
