SAS Builders’ quote for our sleepout is the most comprehensive we have received. There are 26 areas that are quoted for separately, and itemised, such as interior linings, insulation, subfloor hardware etcAllowances for provisional sums are for items such as carpet and tile supply. If we spend less than the provisional sum we are refunded the balance. Say if we want more expensive tiles, we pay the difference.Knowing where the costs are gives us a greater understanding and most importantlya sense of confidence in SAS Builders who have gone the extra mile.
